The Nike Air Max Plus “Triple White” places an emphasis on the retro runner’s versatility as a lifestyle option in a highly wearable colorway. The Nike Air Max Plus received an unquestioned boost in popularity when Supreme tapped the shoe for its Fall/Winter 2020 collaboration in three exciting colorways. In the late ‘90s and early 2000s, the Air Max Plus was a staple in UK Grime culture, as well. Today, the Air Max Plus is beloved by everyone and an essential part of Nike’s annual footwear releases. The “Triple White” colorway keeps a clean appearance thanks to its stark white mesh base and its tonal TPU overlays. A small yellow “TN” emblem (for Tuned Air, which is also an alternate nickname of the Air Max Plus) appears on the back of the shoe and adds a timeless sportswear vibe to the design. A tonal Swoosh logo appears on either side of the shoe and a glossy white leather mudguard above the white rubber midsole keeps the original design of the Air Max Plus intact. Visible Air units in the forefoot and heel reveal Nike’s aforementioned “Tuned Air” technology.
